Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Experience with freight forwarding is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
