Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations.
• Understanding of trade laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and movement through transport channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track and monitor shipments; provide regular updates to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers; address concerns and issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
