UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage air export shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate bookings, monitor shipments from origin to destination, and communicate with carriers and internal teams to meet schedules.

Key responsibilities include AES filings, Maestro data upkeep, and building strong cross-functional relationships while supporting ongoing improvements and weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Experience in export freight forwarding or logistics coordination (air export desirable).
• Knowledge of air export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Experience with AES filing and export compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
• Ability to work independently and with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments end-to-end.
• Book shipments at current rates and route accordingly.
• Track outbound shipments from origin to destination.
• Send pre-alerts and shipment notifications to destinations.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams about status and timelines.
• Maintain Maestro shipment data with milestones and route legs.
• Verify export documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle AES filings in compliance with export regulations.
• Build relationships with internal departments, overseas offices, agents and service providers.
• Support continuous process improvements to meet departmental goals on time.
