ALS Recruiting Ltd in Lynbrook seeks an experienced Air Export Coordinator to manage air export shipments end-to-end. You will handle bookings, prepare AWBs and export paperwork, liaise with airlines, forwarders, and customers, and provide timely updates on shipment progress.

The ideal candidate has prior air freight export or forwarding experience, strong knowledge of export procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Competenze

• Previous experience in air freight exports or freight forwarding preferred.
• Experience using CargoWise is essential.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage air export shipments from booking through to final destination.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including AWBs and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customers and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export procedures.
• Handle shipment queries and resolve any operational issues.
