The role requires 2+ years in air export freight forwarding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with airlines, hauliers, and customers while ensuring timely invoicing and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in air export freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of international air freight processes and documentation.
• Experience with MAWB/HAWB and airline bookings.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods/export compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end air export process from booking to departure.
• Arrange airline bookings, collections, deliveries, and cargo cut-offs.
• Prepare and check MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hauliers, warehouses, overseas agents, and customers.
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Resolve delays, documentation issues, and operational exceptions.
• Ensure shipments comply with relevant export, security, and airline requirements.
• Support specialist shipments including time-critical, oversized, valuable, or hazardous cargo where required.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and assist with invoicing and cost control.
