Job summary

Axon seeks an Account Executive for Air products to drive high-impact engagements with law enforcement across a multi-state Southeast territory. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air offerings, and partner with the broader sales team. Remote in territory with 60% travel, based near a major airport.

You bring 5+ years in SaaS sales, CRM experience, and a proven ability to win accounts and expand existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel 60% or more within your territory (3-4 days a week, including overnights).
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.
• Able to strategically approach and win accounts and grow existing accounts.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement across your territory.
• Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program to sell Air offerings.
• Leverage alerts and sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, build a contact network, and establish relationships to drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Forecast, update management, and monitor competitor activity; provide feedback to marketing.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and other systems to execute on account strategy.
