RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, invites you to join the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area as a Principal Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In this fast-paced role you will work with MAP FP&A Manager and regional leaders through forecasting cycles and strategic planning.

This is a hybrid role based near Tewksbury, MA, with relocation not offered. You will support AOP, LRP, investment planning, and monthly/quarterly reviews, ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (3 years with advanced degree).
• U.S. citizenship required due to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across planning and forecasting processes.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews.
• Analyze large data sets from multiple sources to support requests and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership to meet deadlines and provide timely insights.
