RTX is hiring for a Principal Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. The role collaborates with MAP FP&A Manager and regional leaders on forecasting and financial planning initiatives.

It offers hybrid work at a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA, with relocation not offered. The position entails high visibility during monthly and quarterly reviews and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning routines (AOP, LRP, Investment Planning, MORs, Monthly Forecasts, Balance Sheet Reviews).
• Analyze large data sets from multiple sources to respond to requests.
• Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
