Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking a Deployment and Training Lead on the Air Defense team to own the full deployment lifecycle—from planning and installation to training, sustainment, and continuous improvement.

You will orchestrate cross‑functional deployments with hardware, logistics, engineering, and mission success teams, develop training curricula, deliver hands‑on and simulation‑based instruction, and ensure operators reach high readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and administering technical training and curricula.
• Experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence across organizations.
• Ability to translate customer needs into operational requirements and training materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and hold or obtain an active U.S. security clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment planning and execution across multiple sites and teams.
• Develop and deliver training curricula in various formats (simulations, portals, hands-on).
• Manage customer relationships and communicate feedback to improve products and curricula.
• Develop deep mission expertise for cUAS and Army/air defense customers.
• Coordinate hardware/software configurations and ensure sustainment of deployed assets.
