In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with engineering teams, troubleshoot complex systems, coordinate testing activities, and help bring product enhancements to life onsite.

Candidates must have 5+ years of refrigeration experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple test projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with refrigeration system operation and fabrication.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical components.
• Familiarity with product development processes and testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead chiller test set-up and monitor progress with test lab operators.
• Coordinate procurement and fabrication of parts for tests.
• Organize test data and assess measurement accuracy and applicability.
• Coordinate between departments to design and test chillers.
• Create sketches for design of components and test setups.
• Troubleshoot chillers and sub-systems and recommend solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal form.
• Learn codes and standards related to the role.
• Manage complex test-related projects to ensure on-time completion.
• Generate technical documentation for chiller tests.
