Qualifications

• Associates degree, or 2 to 4 years of parts sales/management experience (industrial sales preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities for designated branch(es)
• Promote & sell parts over the phone and to walk-in customers
• Fill parts requirements of the service department
• Review and enhance performance and processes for maximum efficiency
• Identify and resolve internal/external customer parts issues
• Manage designated branch parts inventory and meet inventory goals
• Provide input to planning and budgeting
• Identify and resolve problems and expenses
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry technology and competitive products
• Assist with management responsibilities in the absence of Senior Parts Manager
• Support sales and service during special circumstances such as vacation coverage
• Evaluate and reestablish yearly work goals
