Job summary

ACF Industrial Energy is seeking a Parts Manager to lead daily branch operations, oversee parts inventory, and drive phone and walk-in sales. You will coordinate warehouse tasks, mentor staff, and contribute to budgeting efforts.

This role requires strong time management, bilingual communication, and the ability to handle a non-climate controlled environment. The position calls for associates degree or 2–4 years in parts sales/management, plus proficiency with MS Office and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–4 years of parts sales/management experience (industrial sales preferred).
• Proven sales and management experience in parts or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities for designated branch(s).
• Ensure parts and warehouse tasks are completed per procedures.
• Promote and sell parts over the phone and to walk-in customers.
• Manage designated branch parts inventory and meet inventory goals.
• Provide input to planning and budgeting and identify performance gaps.
