Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manager-on-Duty to oversee supervisory staff, staffing plans, and disciplinary actions while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. You will liaise with management, monitor operations, and enforce security and TSA compliance as part of the site’s daily activities.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience, a college degree or equivalent, and airline-pricing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Two to five years supervisory experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and interpret WFS Employee Handbook, Supervisors Manual, union contract, and regulations.
• Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, and customers.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Operate equipment and hold necessary licensing (if applicable).
• Perform shift-specific responsibilities and report to work on time.
