Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. seeks a Manager-on-Duty to lead front-line supervisory personnel at the airport gateways, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, security, and quality. The MOD reports to management and coordinates training, staffing, and policy execution across operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of hands-on experience in cargo, distribution, logistics, airline or similar industry.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License; must obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator certificate within 90 days.
• Must pass background investigation with fingerprint-based checks and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in warehouse and cargo ramp handling services.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents; maintains training records.
• Coordinates with air carrier personnel, gateway management, and regulators.
• Maintains compliance with FAA/TSA security directives and company policies.
• Executes reporting, inventory, and timekeeping duties; ensures equipment is well maintained.
