Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments through airlines.
• Route freight efficiently per requirements.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Respond to shipment inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and air waybills.
• Coordinate with airlines, customers, drivers, and warehouses.
• Resolve delays and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in systems.
