Prepare the safest and most efficient method of loading aircraft
Ensure all cargo is safely loaded onto aircraft in the most efficient manner
Create load plans that minimize shipping time, expedite routes, and maximize cargo loads
Prepare and enter loading instructions and manifests in the software system
File all post-departure paperwork
Detect problems, recognize important information, link data, and investigate potential causes
Maintain situation awareness and understand the broader context of problems and processes
Work effectively with others to achieve shared goals
