U.S. Aviation Services is seeking a Cargo Office Agent at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to handle cargo documentation, data entry, and coordination with warehouse teams and airline partners.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and communication within a fast-paced airport cargo environment. The position supports supervisors and may involve warehouse duties. AOA badge and related clearances are required or pursued as needed, with shifts including early morning and evenings to align

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cargo, airline, logistics, or office experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, data entry, and office systems.
• Ability to obtain AOA Badge, CBP Clearance, and USPS Mail Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process cargo documentation including airway bills, manifests, delivery orders, and billing paperwork.
• Enter and maintain cargo shipment data in systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound cargo activities with warehouse staff, drivers, and airline partners.
• Respond to customer and airline inquiries regarding cargo status and releases.
• Verify cargo details such as weight and special handling requirements.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, airline, and company regulations.
• Maintain organized records and assist with daily reports.
• Support supervisors with administrative and operational tasks.
