Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services at Miami International Airport is seeking an Agent Cargo to join our cargo team. You will perform data entry, prepare flight documents, interface with U.S. Customs, and handle import/export paperwork while supporting on-time shipments.

The role involves sales support, pricing quotes, and coordinating with customers. Candidates must meet physical requirements, hold a HS diploma or GED, and be prepared for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit to use ramp side service roads
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs; prepare import/export documentation.
• Solicit orders or talk with customers to complete sales. Quote prices and prepare contracts.
• Move cargo up to 70 lbs.
• Retrieve import/deliver export documents to and from aircraft.
• Comply with site security procedures and report issues.
