Job summary

Air General, Inc. is seeking full-time Office “Acceptance” Agents at DEN to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring strict safety and security protocols in cargo handling.

The role requires accurate data entry, documentation, and effective communication with customers. Responsibilities include reviewing flight documentation, processing import/export documents, and ensuring compliance with FAA, TSA, CBP, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain a valid airport SIDA badge.
• Must be 18+ with a valid US Driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Comply with FAA/TSA/CBP/safety procedures and report discrepancies.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and review flight documentation.
• Release import freight after CBP clearance and prepare manifests.
• Monitor emails and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide shipment status updates to customers
• Prepare transfer manifests and coordinate with carriers
• Transmit customs information for airlines and notify carriers
• Work independently and with the team; assist station/department
