Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in aviation or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of TSA regulations and airport security protocols.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff.
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and days off.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and participate in the airport community.
• Ensure account operates per contract terms and service level agreements.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and create leadership development plans.
• Oversee GSE maintenance, repairs, and long-term needs analysis.
• Manage attendance records, staffing coverage, and labor budgets.
• Maintain compliance with TSA regulations and security programs.
• Conduct audits for operational continuity and regulatory adherence.
• Implement site-specific security plans and staff ID verification.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
