Job summary

Integrity Staffing Group is seeking an AIM Machine Operator for a Broken Arrow manufacturing facility. You will set up and operate AIM equipment to form metal components and ensure quality according to job specifications.

This entry-level opportunity offers steady full-time hours on a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with pay of $18.00 per hour and possible contract-to-hire conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate AIM manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw material into machinery and monitor production.
• Produce metal parts according to job specifications.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Identify machine or production issues and notify the appropriate team member.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards.
• Keep equipment and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.
