Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes and mills to fabricate and repair precision components.
• Machine parts according to blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Operate Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs) when applicable.
• Perform ACME threading when required.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain machining equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

This position is responsible for setting up and operating manual machining equipment to manufacture and repair precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.The ideal candidate has experience operating manual lathes and mills, enjoys precision machining, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts.
