Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Machine Operator to operate conventional and special-purpose machines for fabricating structural parts in Tulsa, OK and Broken Arrow, OK. You will apply machine shop theory, layout techniques, and precision measurement to support quality and efficiency.

With minimal supervision, you will read blueprints, set up machines, monitor operations, and perform equipment maintenance. Candidates should have basic math skills, reading blueprints, and relevant machine experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience with industrial machines is preferred; forklift cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide materials to workstations as needed.
• Read blueprints or instructions for job specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines; load, machine, unload, deburr.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions for accuracy.
• Select and secure tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust as needed.
• Transport product to assigned department; operate overhead cranes safely.
