Job summary

Integrity Staffing Group is seeking an AIM Machine Operator for a Broken Arrow manufacturing facility. You will set up and operate AIM equipment to form metal components and ensure quality according to job specifications.

This entry-level opportunity offers steady full-time hours on a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with pay of $18.00 per hour and possible contract-to-hire conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate AIM manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw material into machinery and monitor production.
• Produce metal parts according to job specifications.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

AIM Machine Operator

Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are hiring an AIM Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This position will operate automated machinery used to produce and form metal components for industrial applications.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and good work history are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate AIM manufacturing equipment
