Qualifications

• Current employee of Wyoming County Schools.
• Preference to school counselor, administrators, or current faculty at the school will be given.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to AIM student assistance team on facilitating effective AIM meetings, reviewing data, identifying and recommending interventions for identified students.
• Support principal and classroom teachers to identify and develop appropriate instructional interventions, analyze data to differentiate instruction, and document interventions to determine student growth.
• Assist AIM team members, principals, and parents in understanding student referral processes.
• Schedule and notify all stakeholders of AIM meetings.
• Maintain official records and logs of AIM meetings and outcomes.
• Assist teachers with preparation of AIM referral forms as needed.
• Facilitate team interaction at AIM meetings and summarize discussions and decisions.
