Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Program Manager for the AIM-9X Sidewinder program to lead execution, manage schedules, and oversee cost accounts and EAC. You will drive schedules, budgets, risk plans, and supplier performance, while communicating with senior leaders and customers.

This onsite role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience, and a current U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 7 years of experience.
Prior financial management or CAM experience.
Prior Program/Project management experience.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of schedule needs in alignment with other program execution requirements.
Execution, and reporting of material and labor budgets, financial management, and estimate at completion reporting.
Support supplier and subcontractor negotiations and performance management.
Generate risk and opportunity management plans, including CORE activities.
Support leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews, Program Reviews, and Customer Reviews.
Work closely with the Execution leadership team and functional leaders to integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline.
Lead internal and external (Customer) portfolio communication and reporting cadence, continuity and content coordination.
Display strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external customers.
Influence actions and change management.
