Job summary

Abstract is seeking a Product Operations Analyst in New York City to own the delivery pipeline for Abstract Workers—AI agents that automate workflows for legal, government affairs, tax, and compliance teams. You will lead discovery calls, break down scope, manage dependencies, and ensure reliable data flows across the build.

You will test workflows with real customer data, explain build tradeoffs to both engineers and customers, and help grow early customers into multi-Worker accounts while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years professional experience with fast learning and comfort in ambiguity.
• Strong people skills with thoughtful questions, active listening and plain-English explanations.
• Comfort with APIs, databases, and basic data flows.
• Project management instincts with systems, checklists and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls to surface painful workflows and translate them into buildable Workers.
• Own the build pipeline in Linear, break down scope and manage dependencies with engineering.
• Explain connectors, data pipelines and reliability to engineers and customers.
• Test every Worker before go-live with real data to catch hallucinations and broken links.
• Build customer confidence by describing gates, source-tracing and human controls.
• Spot the next Worker and grow early customers into multi-Worker accounts.
• Help the AE team prioritize scope and avoid overcommitment.
