Job summary

RRD seeks an AI Workflow Engineer to design governable AI workflows within the AiVA platform. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and a multi-disciplinary team to turn business use-cases into production-ready AI skills.

The role emphasizes rapid iteration, quality, and governance in a high-energy, in-person client environment. With a focus on reliability, you will mentor teammates, contribute to the platform capability library, and ensure security and compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering, applied AI or automation platform development experience.
• Production-quality AI applications including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Familiarity with modern LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Client-facing delivery experience; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong communication across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and build governed AI workflows on the AiVA canvas using existing skills and new ones when needed.
• Iterate rapidly, demonstrate to client stakeholders, and refine within the engagement window.
• Collaborate with technical lead, business analyst, and SMEs on architecture and requirements.
• Mentor others and contribute to platform capability library.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and security standards.
