Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, identifying issues, and writing precise explanations in English. This role helps improve AI systems through evaluation and feedback, with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication ability.
• High attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in during reviews.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable explaining findings in writing in English.
• Capable of working independently on flexible remote assignments.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to identify issues like artifacts, flicker, or audio/video mismatches.
• Writing detailed English explanations that point to observed issues and provide rationale.
