Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

Your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to make clear judgments when options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Patience to review and explain nuances in AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making final judgments when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
