Job summary

Corpay seeks an AI Visibility Program Manager to own the AI visibility strategy for a designated business in Buckhead, Atlanta. You will partner with the SVP of Strategic Marketing and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, Media, PR, Digital, Analytics, and external partners to improve how Corpay is discovered and cited on AI platforms and third‑party sources.

The role requires turning insights into prioritized actions, developing a content agenda, and coordinating with reporters

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI search, or related technologies in marketing, research, editorial, consulting, digital, or business context.
• Strong understanding of how AI platforms discover, cite, and recommend information with practical use of AI tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and research skills to make complex subjects clear and credible.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategy and drive it to measurable outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with comfort working with executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong program‑management skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI visibility strategy and operating plan for an assigned Corpay business.
• Track visibility and performance across leading AI platforms, mentions, citations, and share of voice.
• Diagnose visibility gaps, prioritize actions, and maintain a focused roadmap across content, reviews, placements, and technical opportunities.
• Review results with the General Manager and senior Marketing leadership; test and adapt as AI discovery evolves.
• Develop a content agenda mapped to buyer questions and identified gaps.
• Coordinate with reporters to interview executives and experts; curate high‑quality articles and thought leadership.
• Write or edit content to ensure it is differentiated, credible, and earns citations and third‑party pickup.
• Partner with Media to pursue priority third‑party opportunities and outreach.
• Work with Media, PR, paid media, analysts, and other partners on distribution strategies.
• Own strategy to increase customer reviews and improve presence on review platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing for a sustainable advocate pipeline.
• Serve as central owner of the AI visibility agenda and maintain strong GM relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work, assign owners, monitor timelines, and remove blockers.
• Maintain bias toward action, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
