CMG Media Group is seeking a Director, AI Execution & Operations in Atlanta to translate AI strategy into measurable business outcomes. The role leads enterprise AI initiatives, guides adoption, and partners with business and technology teams to scale AI across CMG.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI program experience, strong operational leadership, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with evidence of leading technology transformation and AI adoption.
• 5+ years in technology, AI adoption, operational leadership, or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience deploying and governing AI capabilities in large organizations.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across business and technology teams for scale.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and ROI measurements.
• Lead governance, risk, and adoption programs with stakeholders.
• Communicate AI best practices and progress to leadership.
