Job summary

Within is seeking an AI Value Delivery Lead for our Partner Motion to drive scalable delivery across the partner ecosystem. You will own structuring, onboarding, and coordinating engagements with SI and consulting partners to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

This high-ownership, high-growth role requires 5-7 years in consulting or transformation delivery and a proven ability to shape engagements, manage ambiguity, and communicate clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI value delivery or consulting.
• Experience scoping and managing partner-led engagements end-to-end.
• Ability to facilitate executive sessions and journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Drive time-to-value for customers with onboarding sprints in 20-30 days.
• Co-deliver through the partner ecosystem with SI/consulting partners.
• Support strategic advisory and consulting with senior leads.
• Drive new solution experiences and expansion opportunities mid-engagement.
• Improve processes and playbooks; provide product and sales feedback.
• Be the connective tissue, relaying field learnings to Product and Sales.
