Job summary
Within is seeking an AI Value Delivery Lead for the Partner Motion to drive onboarding and indirect-delivery engagements with systems integrators and consulting partners. You will co-architect scale delivery, scope new solutions, and own engagements end-to-end from discovery to value realization, working with senior leads and cross-functional teams.
This high-ownership role requires 5-7 years in a related field, executive communication, and a penchant for design thinking and AI-enabled
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting-delivery roles or transformation-adjacent engagements.
- Ability to structure problems and design scalable solutions with executive storytelling.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Experience partnering with systems integrators and consulting partners.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding and implementation sprints to deliver value within 20-30 days.
- Co-deliver through partner ecosystem ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
- Support strategic advisory deliverables and executive readouts for clients.
- Identify unaddressed problems and scope next solutions for expansion.
- Improve playbooks and remove friction in delivery processes.
- Relay field learnings to Product and Sales to inform roadmap.
