Qualifications
- 18+ years of technology leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI delivery programs from discovery to scale.
- Experience building global delivery teams for enterprise growth.
- Executive presence with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of modern delivery models and AI-driven engineering workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and Emerging Tech delivery across strategic accounts and SBUs.
- Act as AI Lab SPOC liaising with SBU Heads to align AI roadmaps.
- Define AI-native delivery methodologies to improve velocity and quality.
- Ensure adherence to organization-wide standards and governance.
- Plan talent, capacity, and succession to meet near- and mid-term AI demand.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level clients.
