Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking an AI Value Realization Manager based in Plano, TX. You will connect AI products and software to measurable business outcomes, lifecycle cost, and benefits, reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise AI Value & Cost Transparency.

You will manage a hands-on engineering function spanning AI economics, FinOps, utilization analytics, and executive decision support, partnering across business, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in AI, software, cloud, data platforms, automation, FinOps, or related, with leadership.
• Experience building cost visibility, forecasting, optimization, dashboards, or analytical products.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++, plus APIs and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI investment measurement strategy linked to objectives and outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio view of custom products and purchased software with cost and value.
• Create reusable benefit-tracking and review methods with evidence checkpoints.
• Define baselines and roadmaps with business leaders; optimize or retire solutions.
• Provide executive reporting and lead a high-performing engineering team.
