Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an AI Value Management Specialist to measure AI-driven value across the portfolio, review business cases, maintain dashboards, and consolidate ROI data for governance boards.

You will coordinate inputs from DAAI, Finance, BUs, and project teams to validate assumptions, benefits, and realized value, ensuring compliance with guidelines and enabling informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business performance management, financial assessment, or value realization.
• Experience assessing business cases, investment proposals, and ROI models.
• Experience maintaining performance dashboards and data consolidation.
• Familiarity with AI business case development, ROI concepts, portfolio management, and value tracking.

Responsibilities

• Review AI business cases against value frameworks and governance standards.
• Enhance the value management dashboard to reflect portfolio value.
• Consolidate ROI and value tracking data from across the portfolio.
• Develop executive-level reporting for the AI Governance Board and leadership.
• Coordinate data inputs from stakeholders and validate assumptions and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations and guidelines.
