Toyota’s Enterprise AI Department in Plano, TX seeks an AI Value Realization Manager to make AI investments visible and tied to business outcomes, costing, and adoption.

You will lead a hands-on team across AI economics, FinOps, and utilization analytics, partnering with finance, procurement, and engineering to optimize budgets and demonstrate value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in AI or related fields, with strong leadership and technical skills in modern AI architectures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in AI, software, cloud, data platforms.
• Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar language.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI investment measurement strategy linking objectives, adoption, utilization, and costs to outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio view of custom products and purchased software from intake through retirement.
• Create evidence-based checkpoints for pilots, production scale and renewal.
• Partner with finance, procurement, and engineering to optimize budgets and vendor decisions.
• Provide concise executive reporting and lead a high-performing engineering team.
