What You'll Architect

As an AI Business Value Advisor, you'll help organizations identify where AI can create meaningful business value and translate opportunities into clear transformation priorities.

You'll work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, evaluate processes, identify AI use cases, and develop practical strategies for implementation and adoption.

Your focus is connecting business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, measurable outcomes, and long-term value.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions with clients to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, KPIs, and ROI models to support AI investment decisions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements enabled by AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps, implementation priorities, and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders throughout AI transformation initiatives, tracking value realization and supporting organizational adoption.
• Turn successful engagements into reusable Keyrus assets, including value assessment frameworks, business case templates, use case prioritization models, and advisory methodologies.

You are comfortable leading discovery sessions, advising senior stakeholders, and translating business needs into practical recommendations. You combine analytical thinking, excellent communication, and strategic consulting skills with a focus on measurable business value.

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or strategic advisory roles.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing business opportunities for AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience developing business cases, value assessments, KPIs, and ROI models.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate organizational challenges into improvement opportunities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, leading discovery sessions, and advising senior business stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, and their applications across business functions.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, process optimization, and transformation methodologies.
• Experience with business value assessment, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and KPI development.
• Ability to assess AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and implementation complexity.
• Familiarity with AI adoption strategies, change management, and organizational readiness.
• Understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and technology environments to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience advising organizations on AI strategy or enterprise AI adoption.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation use cases.
• Experience developing AI opportunity portfolios or transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and operational challenges.

The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range is provided as a guideline and may be adjusted for the selected candidate.
