Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring an AI UX Designer to lead design activities that connect insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing. You’ll shape mental models and interaction patterns enabling humans to collaborate with autonomous agents.

You will drive human-centered design through research, pattern development, and inclusive practices, partnering with AI engineers and product teams to translate ideas into deliverable experiences across complex enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

UX experience with enterprise or innovation projects.
Strong user-centered and interaction design skills.
Experience facilitating co-creation sessions.
Experience with AI/agentic AI UX and data-driven design preferred.
Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Humanize Complex Intelligence: lead user research to uncover pain points and create journey maps for AI-human interactions.
Choreograph the Collaborative Loop: facilitate co-creation and usability tests with cross-functional teams to align desirability with feasibility.
Advocate for Inclusive Evolution: ensure accessibility and inclusive intelligence across diverse user groups.
