Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an AI UX Designer to lead the design activities that bridge insight, imagination and execution for the next era of computing. You’ll shape the mental models and interaction patterns that let humans collaborate with autonomous agents.

You’ll work with AI engineers and designers in a collaborative, hybrid environment, translating research into delivery while ensuring accessibility and user trust.

Qualifications

• UX / experience design background with portfolio of enterprise or innovation projects.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
• Direct experience with AI/agentic AI/UX and data-driven design preferred.
• POV on how AI drives human-centered design and co-creation.
• Experience with emerging AI assistants (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable).
• Fluent in prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience translating research into delivery with developers/product managers.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect intentional journeys by leading user research and mapping pain points.
• Design for non-deterministic UI handling AI latency and ambiguity.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with creative technologists and AI engineers.
• Master HITL design for human validation moments and trust.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive intelligence across the product.
• Shape the interface era with clear storytelling from discovery to delivery.
