Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Creative Technologist to blend code, hardware, and emerging technologies with a strong focus on human-centered design. You will prototype experiences, collaborate with designers and engineers, and shape technical concepts aligned to user needs.

Responsibilities include rapid prototyping for AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces, plus leading feasibility analyses and ethical reviews to ensure safe, responsible technology choices.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset
• Ability to unite design and engineering across disciplines
• Apply new applications for emerging technology
• Create context-appropriate prototypes with varying fidelity
• Design interaction patterns for approvals, escalation, and safe AI use
• Assess design feasibility, system integration, and implementation paths
• Translate prototypes and insights into compelling narratives
• Use AI/data ethics with bias-resilience and transparency
• Prototype lightweight agent tools exposed via APIs
• Build modern web interfaces supporting streaming responses and human-in-the-loop actions
