Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX Designer for Sedgwick AI to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into practical designs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, trusted AI-powered workflows.

The role focuses on user journeys, conversational interfaces, and usability testing to ensure adoption and impact across lines of business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or related field required.
Seven years of related experience in UX design or product design with AI-enabled products preferred.
Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, or enterprise AI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and platforms.
Designs user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for AI tools and workflows.
Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to translate AI capabilities into usable designs.
Develops usability flows, prompts, and human-in-the-loop review experiences for AI systems.
Supports governance, accessibility, and adoption efforts across enterprise AI initiatives.
