Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to drive the AI Transformation portfolio within the Strategy department. The role focuses on blueprinting AI initiatives, prioritizing use cases, and delivering end‑to‑end programs across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.

You will develop change‑management frameworks, track performance with dashboards, and report progress to senior leadership. This office‑based role requires collaboration across RWE offices and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in management consulting, transformation or related roles.
• Experience driving large cross-functional AI or technology transformations.
• Strong program management, governance, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting sprints across AI initiatives with business Stakeholders.
• Support portfolio AI use‑case prioritization and investment decisions.
• Manage AI program end‑to‑end from scoping to deployment and adoption.
• Develop enterprise change‑management frameworks, training, and communications.
• Oversee portfolio ROI, cost-to-serve, and value delivery metrics.
• Own portfolio analytics and KPI tracking for governance and leadership.
• Coordinate program governance rhythms and cross‑workstream reporting.
