Job summary

You will drive delivery of new products, operating models, and data‑driven solutions, coordinating with Product and Tech teams and senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end program management, governance, and risk management in a rapidly evolving AI landscape, with a focus on successful outcomes for the Payments domain.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategic data/AI initiatives in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing complex, risk‑driven projects.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic change projects with defined scope, budget and quality.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and implementation with Product and Technology teams.
• Develop and communicate project roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders.
• Establish governance and ensure alignment across Lines of Business and functions.
• Drive cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and deliver expected outcomes.
• Define and track project success metrics aligned to firm goals.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure accurate data representation in systems of record.
