Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end product delivery initiatives from intake to go-live.
• Owns change management framework across functional partners.
• Maintains visibility over timelines and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Coaches delivery team on resource management and deployment techniques.
• Builds business cases and secures funding aligned to the roadmap.
• Communicates roadmap priorities and delivery status to leaders.
• Establishes governance forums for decision-making and alignment.
• Coordinates cross-functional delivery teams and accountability.
• Identifies risks and escalates with clear options.
