Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and implementation of strategic solutions with Product and Technology teams.
• Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish governance to oversee delivery of the project roadmap with stakeholder engagement.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver expected outcomes.
• Design and track project success metrics aligned to goals and report progress.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure project data is correctly represented in systems of record.
• Develop deep relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Lead high-performing cross-functional teams toward milestones.
