Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior Process Innovation leader to drive North America AI transformation across Care operations.

You will lead project design, KPI governance, and large-scale automation initiatives with cross-functional teams, coordinating with Korea HQ and global partners. The role emphasizes strategic use of RPA, AI/ML, process mining tools, and data analytics to improve performance and customer outcomes across contact center, eCommerce, field service, and warranty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in project management, budgeting, and analysis.
• Experience presenting to executive management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Set up KPIs with senior leaders and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee AI/IPA deployment and governance across Care operations.
• Coordinate AI/ML use cases and data-driven transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with Korea HQ and global partners on AI strategy and programs.
