Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in project management, budgeting, and analytics.
• Experience presenting to executive management and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale process transformation initiatives across Care operations.
• Define KPIs with senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement project plans and achieve milestones.
• Develop AI strategy and governance for process innovation.
• Deploy IPA solutions combining RPA and AI/ML capabilities.
