Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks an experienced Product Manager with a controls background to lead AI-enabled transformation within Trusts & Estates. This IC role owns strategy and end-to-end delivery, partnering with Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Data/AI teams.

The candidate will modernize Controls, embed governance, auditability, and risk management by design while driving adoption, change, and measurable improvements in control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in complex platforms/workflows.
• Experience in a controls-heavy banking environment (risk, controls, governance, QA).
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation/analytics products in production with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of regulated process design: documentation, audit readiness, approvals and evidence capture.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for AI transformation in Trusts & Estates Controls.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization, translating goals into sequenced delivery plans with KPIs.
• Lead discovery and define requirements: journeys, problem statements, use cases, value sizing.
• Embed controls into product design: governance workflows, approvals, audit trails, access controls.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops, Tech.
• Own delivery execution using agile product practices and post-release measurement.
• Champion responsible AI adoption with monitoring, human-in-the-loop controls, and guidance.
• Enable adoption and change through training, communications, and support readiness.
